FAQ's

• How are the images printed?
All prints are of archival quality, printed with K3 ultra chrome inks on an ultra premium presentation paper and a matte finish.

• When will my order ship?
Please allow 3-5 business days for print to be shipped or 7-10 business days if you ordered our custom framing option.  All orders are shipped via FedEx ground.

• Why does my unframed print shipping cost seem a bit high?  
All unframed prints come matted to fit standard, ready-made frames to make it easier for you to hang.  Therefore, the rate reflects the shipping of a flat parcel.  Head over to our matting + framing section for more information.

• Can you print larger sizes?

• Do you ship internationally?  
We are not currently set up for international shipping but please send us a note here to see if we can work something out.

What if my print arrives damaged?
Oh no!  If your print arrives with shipping damage, please contact us right away with a picture of the damage.  Though we make sure all prints are packed with great care, occasionally in transit, matte corners may take minor damage which can usually be covered by the frame.  However, if your matte is heavily damaged or your actual image has a flaw, we will work with you on a speedy resolution.

• Do you offer returns?
It's our hope that each image brings joy to your home, but if for some reason a piece of artwork is not feeling right in your space, we will offer a refund within 30 days of purchase.  Please send us a note here.  Return shipping costs will be at your expense and please make sure all original packing materials are used to ensure a safe journey back.
